Starting up with the new CardExchange Entry edition brings you the easy four clicking interface starting up friendly priced. The Entry editons contains the WYSIWYG CardExchange Designer and brings powerful functionality at hand. With this new designer you will have almost all available designing functionality at hand. The designer is integrated into CardExchange Entry so after connecting the cards to the Userinterface of CardExchange, now changed can be made.
The Entry level of CardExchange supports MS Excel and Text connections. These powerful connections allowys the user to Add and Edit live on the MS Excel file without opening MS Excel. Text can only be Added. Information of connected files can be search easy through the Fast search functionality in the CardExchange Toolbar and preview your data trough the available dockable data window.
The Entry level of CardExchange comes with our own CardExchange Designer and allows you to connect unlimeted documents. New created or edited card documents are easy connected or refreshed trough the unique card connection wizard of CardExchange.
When you need real database connections and store information into that database, the Plus version of CardExchange is the right choise. CardExchange Plus supports database connections to unlimeted MS Access and Paradox databases. Now you are able to store your photos into the database and use them for other purposes.
But besides this powerful database connection you will have the functionality to create level 1, 2 and 3 filters which allows you to present only the needed data on a usable way. The level one filter is dedicated to the connected card layout.
For example, you have loaded 4 different card layout representing Division 1, 2, 3 and 4 in your company. The information for these card layouts are coming from the same database. If you create a level 1 filter for each card layout that filter on the Company devisions you ensure that only the employees of the selected devision are presented.
The Level 2 filter is the most advanced one and is dedicated to the connected database. The filters that you create will be presented as clickable buttons for the user. That means that you can create filter which only shows you the records that have a photo or aren't printed yet or where no photo is available. Selecting your needs just based on some simple clicks.
The Premium version of CardExchange combines al functionality of the Entry and the Plus version plus and much more. Considering the database you are able to design internal views/queries to retrieve information on the card from out of multiple table without doing it directly in the database. The Premium edition also allows you to buy and use seperated modules for databases, external functions and encoding.
In production areas, the Premium offers advanced photo and database edit options. You can easilly let CardExchange automate your process by setting actions if you insert a record to your database. After inserting this record CardExchange can automaticelly acquire or import a photo, print the card and set the database editor ready for input of a new record.
